We offer a flat shipping rate of $14.99 CAD on all orders shipped within Canada, regardless of order size or value.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Please note:

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, sales events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

YVSN Collectibles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure the package is received and secured.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
